Cermetek maintains quality system based on ISO9001-2000 standards in our Milpitas, CA. headquarters and manufacturing facility. The Cermetek quality system covers all aspects of our business from design methodology to order handling and product construction.
Manufacturing
The assembly of each product produced by Cermetek is governed by a set of manufacturing and quality assurance procedures.
While the procedures do vary from product to product a core group of procedures applies to each product:
Every Cermetek product is subject to multiple test cycles throughout the assembly process including 100% testing of completed assemblies.
At final inspection all products are tested to AQL level 1.
