The Cermetek CH6650 is a fully functional, Internet enabled device that sends Email alert notifications when AC power is interrupted and restored. It serves automated and embedded applications with access to a telephone line. The CH6650 also supports user supplied inputs to trigger Email alerts on customer specified events.
The CH6650 is primaily intended to operate automonously; however it can also serve as a communications peripheral to a connected device. A standard USB 2.0 serial interface serves to connect the CH6650 to host equipment.
