Cermetek Modem Modules offer a quick and easy way of integrating a high performance modem into your product. These Modems and FAX/Modems are designed to connect directly to your UART, an RJ-11C telephone jack, and a +5VDC power supply. With these simple connections you need only to start issuing commands.
Completely self-contained, these units consist of a standard "AT" command driven controller, a modulating/demodulating data pump, and an FCC Part 68 approved telephone interface. They are Canadian DOC approvable and many comply with UL and CSA standards. Cermetek provides all this in a very small package that is easy to incorporate onto your PCB.
