| Embedded Device Servers: These products incorporate a TCP/IP software stack which permits communications to take advantage of the ubiquitous availability of the Internet. |

| Telephone Line Interfaces, also known as DAAs (Data Access Arrangements) provide the circuitry to connect equipment to the Telephone line. The telephone Line Interface insures that Impedance and balance requirements with the telephone line are maintained. All equipment connected to the telephone line must include a Telephone Line Interface circuit. |

| High-Speed Modems: The modules provide a complete high-speed modem solution in a compact, easy-to-use package. The modules support embedded communications above 2400 bits per second for communications with larger amounts of data to transfer. Many also include fax operation. All Cermetek modem modules include transferable FCC Part 68 Registration. |

| Low-Speed Modems: The modules provide a complete low-speed modem solution in a compact, easy-to-use package. The modules support embedded communications at or below 2400 bits per second for communications with small amounts of data to transfer. All Cermetek modem modules include transferable FCC Part 68 Registration. |

| Embedded Wireless: Cermetek embedded wireless products provide fully integrated transceivers in both the 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz ISM, (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical). Spread Spectrum technologies maximize range and link reliability. FCC part 15 Modular Certification is available on most models to reduce time-to-market and system development costs. |

| Wireless Sensor Devices: At Cermetek we have used our communications expertise to adapt low cost wireless communications to the retrieval of sensor data. Cermetek has developed or has under development wireless sensor networks for key industries, including irrigation and perimeter security, and is also looking to engage in customers in other industries that can b served by our low-cost wireless networking technology. |
